Bill Davis is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Clinician Nexus. As a proactive and successful business leader with years of experience in health care consulting, Bill partners with organizations to implement Clinician Nexus’ Education Suite and Performance Suite.

Utilizing industry-leading technology products, workforce and compensation analytics, and automated workflow solutions designed to address key stages of the clinical workforce lifecycle – from education and training to talent acquisition and performance – Bill assists clients in planning, building and enhancing their workforce strategies.

With specialized expertise in technology, managed care, population health, and value-based contracting, Bill has an extensive understanding of the many unique operational and workforce challenges facing health care organizations today.

His experience includes:

  • Partnering with physicians and leadership teams at hospitals and health systems nationwide to develop customized solutions designed to enhance the quality of care, improve performance, achieve revenue cycle improvements, and lower the cost of care.
  • Leading high-performing data and analytics teams to develop data-driven solutions, tools and resources to help organizations transform the way in which they measure and reward clinical performance.
  • Partnering with clients to implement new software solutions, including data integration, diagnosis recapture rate tools, clinical and administrative staff training, and ongoing account management.
  • Overseeing the activities of analysts, clinicians and medical support staff to help clients implement critical operational, workflow and process improvements.

Before his time with Clinician Nexus, Bill was the Director of Population Health Operations, Technology, Care Navigation and Analytics at VillageMD. In this role, he worked directly with physicians and leadership teams at hospitals and health systems to enhance the quality of care and achieve revenue cycle improvements.

He received his BA from Indiana University – Bloomington.
