Erik Alexander, MD
Vice President of Education
Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School Faculty
Erik K. Alexander, MD, is a Professor of Medicine and the Associate Dean for Medical Education (BWH) at Harvard Medical School. He also serves as the Vice President of Education for Brigham Health, overseeing all aspects of medical education, inclusive of undergraduate (medical student) and graduate (internship, residency and fellowship) training programs at BWH. He is the inaugural Executive Director of the Brigham Education Institution (BEI), an entity launched in 2016 with the goal of building community among health care educators and enhancing system-wide growth and translation of leading educational science.
Traci Granston, MD, EMBA, FAAOS

Cohere Health
Traci is an award-winning surgeon, executive leader, and corporate board member passionate about supplying her unique mix of strategic and governance expertise to organizations targeting emerging opportunities within the healthcare sector. An expert in healthcare-related AI usage, Traci currently serves as VP of Clinical Strategy for Cohere Health, an 800-person MedTech startup focused on the use of data science, machine learning, and AI-based automation to reduce healthcare risk, optimize patient outcomes, and reimagine possibilities for care. Prior to her work at Cohere, Traci served as a Partner, Orthopedic Surgeon, and Board Member/President at Proliance Orthopedic Associates, overseeing P&L and playing an instrumental role in building/scaling the company into a profitable 175-employee operation performing over 6,300 annual surgeries.
Tom Nantais, MBA
Retired – Executive Vice President of Adult Ambulatory Operations
Vanderbilt University Medical Center
Thomas Nantais concluded five years as Executive Vice-President for Ambulatory Operations at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) in May of 2023 leading transformative initiatives that bolstered ambulatory services and elevated patient care. He notably expanded clinic visitations by over 30% through strategic “hub and spoke” model implementations, enhancing access to multi-specialty care. Nantais prioritized patient satisfaction, elevating Medical Practice scores from 49% to 86% during his tenure. His leadership also fostered operational excellence, notably through initiatives like the Paperless Clinic Initiative and the quarterly Patient Care Center (PCC) GoalFest. Under his stewardship, VUMC achieved Ambulatory Nursing Magnet Status and made significant strides in Patient Access Services. Prior to his tenure at VUMV, he served as the CFO and COO of Henry Ford Medical Group.
