Janelle oversees the delivery of tools and technology solutions that are designed to help organizations manage their total rewards and workforce performance strategies more effectively in an increasingly complex health care environment.

Her experience includes:

  • Directing the product lifecycle, including implementing governance guidelines and controls, managing risks and costs, and coordinating task and resource interdependencies, to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget and aligned with client needs.
  • Developing strategic partnerships with subject matter experts, business leaders, system users and production teams to ensure products are optimized to drive greater value and address diverse client challenges.
  • Leading continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, security and value.
  • Growing and scaling strong multi-level teams to drive delivery and operations.

Prior to joining Clinician Nexus, Janelle directed the management of an industry-leading loyalty marketing platform for large-scale enterprise clients as the Vice President of Technology Product Delivery and Operations at a global marketing agency and technology consultancy.

She is certified in both Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Janelle received a BA in Business Administration – Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota at Duluth.
