Dan Iliff is a Vice President of Business Development at Clinician Nexus. With nearly 15 years working in physician recruiting and compensation management, Dan helps health care organizations implement the firm’s cloud-based Compensation Management technology solution. Designed to automate provider compensation and performance metrics, Compensation Management enhances provider engagement and data transparency.
His experience includes:
- Developing timely analytics and dashboards for physician performance to help achieve internal data transparency and improve value-based metrics such as provider engagement, patient satisfaction, quality of care, and more.
- Creating and implementing compensation models, policies and workflows that attract and retain top physician talent in a competitive marketplace.
- Working with physicians and administrative leaders to maximize the impact of Compensation Management to drive provider performance, as well as align with organizational goals and evolving industry standards.
- Managing the drafting and negotiations for physician employment agreements that align with organizational strategies and goals.
Prior to joining Clinician Nexus, Dan held leadership roles in physician recruitment, compensation and contracting for Healogics, CHRISTUS Physician Group and Hospital Corporation of America (HCA).
He is an active member in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Dan has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker University in Kansas City, Missouri. He also earned a Master of Healthcare Administration, with honors, from Trinity University Executive Program in San Antonio, Texas.
