Derek Beebe is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Clinician Nexus. With more than 20 years of experience within the compensation advisory, data, and technology space, he is an integral part of the organization’s leadership team. Derek leverages specialized expertise to help clients evaluate, implement, and optimize solutions designed to deliver the greatest impact and results.
In his role, Derek leads an experienced team of business development associates who prioritize partnership and client success.
His experience includes:

Before joining Clinician Nexus, Derek held senior leadership roles at Payscale, Salary.com and global advisory firm Willis Towers Watson.
He has a BA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
