Paige Gardziola is the Manager of Customer Success at Clinician Nexus, where she leads a high-performing team supporting both clinical education and provider compensation. With over 12 years of experience across the health care, military, and nonprofit sectors, Paige brings a strategic, mission-driven approach to operational excellence, complex project leadership, and equity-focused innovation.

In her work with Clinician Nexus, she partners with health systems, academic institutions, and learners to strengthen clinical training environments and ensure seamless implementation of compensation solutions. This centers on building trusted relationships, streamlining operations, and driving performance across the clinical workforce lifecycle.

Her experience includes:

  • Leading diverse, high-impact teams across health care operations, Naval Special Warfare, nonprofit initiatives, with a focus on strategic execution and inclusive leadership.
  • Driving adoption and optimization of technology solutions that enhance clinical education and provider compensation strategies.
  • Partnering with nonprofits such as Operation Smile and Climb4 to advance health equity and veteran mental health, bringing operational grit and a bias for action to every challenge.

Paige holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences Management from the University of Virginia. She is also an active member of the New York Junior League, where she contributes to social equity initiatives focused on expanding access to health care, education, and essential services for underserved communities.

Outside of work, Paige finds joy in hosting dinner parties, walking her dog on the beach, and spending quality time with friends and family—because connection is at the heart of everything she does.
