Sean Chalmers is the VP, Product Manager for the Student Management product at Clinician Nexus. With more than 13 years of experience in health care technology and product leadership, Sean focuses on aligning product strategy with customer needs to drive growth and user impact.

With a background that bridges technology, operations, and strategy, he is passionate about delivering products that solve complex problems in health care education and workforce development.

His experience includes:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.
  • Building and formalizing product processes, including team workflows, templates, and metric dashboards.
  • Guiding the deployment, training, and setup of new systems.
  • Executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Working with enterprise health systems and schools to solve real-world coordination challenges in clinical placements.

Prior to joining Clinician Nexus, Sean held product and implementation roles in innovative health care-focused organizations Inovaln, Aya Healthcare, and CastleBranch where he was responsible for spearheading a critical SaaS product launch, managing complex implements, and developing go-to-market plans.

Sean holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from UNC Wilmington and maintains product certifications from Pragmatic Institute and Pendo.
