Kara Allen is a Vice President of Business Development at Clinician Nexus. She is an accomplished and high-performing leader with more than 15 years of consulting experience working with organizations to enhance their total rewards strategy with the right data, tools, and technology solutions.

With additional expertise in compensation benchmarking and survey design, Kara is well-positioned to help clients transform the way in which they manage the physician compensation and performance management process with Clinician Nexus

Her work includes:

  • Enabling clients to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and efficacy of their compensation and performance management programs through innovative technology solutions
  • Delivering centralized and actionable data tailored to the unique needs of leadership, administrators, and clinicians
  • Empowering organizations to better engage and retain physicians and APPs with greater line of sight into their performance against targets
  • Supporting executive decision-making with invaluable insight into compensation and performance across all levels of the organization

Before her time with Clinician Nexus, Kara worked as an Enterprise Account Director at Payscale. She also held a number of Senior Leadership positions at global consulting firm Willis Tower Watson.

She is also a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional.

Kara received her MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ.
